nelitianinimerupakanpenelitianquasiexperimentaldenganpopulasiseluruhsiswaMAN1MedanTahunAjaran2016/2017,sebagaisampeldiambilduakelassecaraacakyaitusiswakelasXI-IA(IlmuAgama)-1yangberjumlah36siswasebagaikelaseksperimenIdansiswakelasXI-IA(IlmuAgama)-2yangberjumlah32siswasebagaikelaseksperimenII.KelaseksperimenIdiberikanpembelajaranmatematikadenganmodelpembelajarankooperatiftipeThink-Talk-Write(TTW)dankelaseksperimenIIdenganmodelpembelajarankooperatiftipeGroupInvestigation(GI).Penelitianinimenggunakanduajenisinstrumentyaitupre-testdanpost-testyangtelahdivalidasidalambentukuraian.Hasilpene
litianmenunjukkanbahwaskorrata-ratapemahamankonsep(posttes)siswadikelaseksperimenIsebesar23,306ataudengannilai83,234danskorrata-ratatespemahamankonsep(posttes)siswadikelaseksperimenIIsebesar21,344ataudengannilai76,227.Darihasilanalisisdatapre-testpadakeduasampelmempunyaikemampuanawalyangsama.Untukujihipotesisdigunakanujitpihakkanan,darihasilperhitungandiperolehthitung=2,37danttabel=1,669,sehinggathitung>ttabelyaitu2,37>1,669makayangberartibahwaH0ditolakdanHaditerima.Berdasarkanhasilpenelitiantersebutdapatdisimpulkanbahwapemahamankonsepmatematikasiswayangdiajarkandenganmodelpembelajaran
