Abstract
The objective of this study was to develop a digital flashcard as teaching media in writing procedure text for the ninth grade students at MTs Cerdas Murni. This study was conducted by using Research and Developments design through six stages; gathering data and information, need analysis, designing media, validating by experts, revising (final product). the subject of the study was ninth grade of
MTs Cerdas Murni. The data were gathered by conducting interview to English teacher and distributing questionnaire to IX-3 consists of 25 students to get the students‟ need. The interview and questionnaire results proved that the students needed digital flashcard as teaching media in writing procedure text. The developed digital media was validated by two experts which are the average scores by lecturer is 71 and the teacher is 92. show that the digital flashcard as media is suitable to use for the ninth grade students of SMP MTs Cerdas Murni.Based on the results of the expert judgment, the developed digital flashcard were
considered appropriate, which was good.
