Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan hasil belajar Korespondensi siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PBP) dan dibelajarkan dengan model Pembelajaran Langsung (PL) dengan pengontrol kecerdasan linguistik, (2) pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi siswa dengan mengontrol kecerdasan linguistik, (3) perbedaan hasil belajar Korespondensi siswa dengan motivasi belajar tinggi yang dibelajarkan dengan model PBP dan yang dibelajarkan dengan model PL dengan mengontrol kecerdasan linguistik, (4) perbedaan hasil belajar Korespondensi siswa dengan motivasi belajar rendah yang dibelajarkan dengan model PBP dan yang dibelajarkan dengan model PL dengan mengontrol kecerdasan linguistik. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 68 orang siswa Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran yang sedang mengikuti mata pelajaran Korespondensi yang dipilih secara random. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAKOVA dua jalur pada taraf siqnifikan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil belajar Korespondensi siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model PBP lebih tinggi dari siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model PL dengan mengontrol kecerdasan linguistik, (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi dengan mengontrol kecerdasan linguistik, (3) hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi dibelajarkan dengan model PBP lebih tinggi dari siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model PL dengan mengontrol kecerdasan linguistik, (4) hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah yang dibelajarkan dengan model PL lebih tinggi dari siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model PBP dengan mengontrol kecerdasan linguistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Korespondensi siswa dilakukan dengan menerapkan model PBP dengan memperhatikan karakteristik siswa.
