RAISE THE DISCIPLINE TO FAITHFUL RULE OF SCHOOL BY GROUP GUIDANCE AT SMK NEGERI 8 MEDAN HIGH SCHOOL

The problems in this research at SMK Negeri 8 Medan, there are students who has often too late came to school, absent and used the uniform not follow the rule of school.This research have purpose to know raising the students disciplines to faithful rule of school by group guidance at SMK Negeri 8 Medan High School that doing by Action Research Guidance and Counceling. The Subject in this Research are 10 student from X beauty hair class at SMK Negeri 8 Medan High School.Group guidance is a serve in Counceling Guidance to appear solidarity, social communication, and to set up teamwork between the participant the group guidance to finish the problematic in this live.This research doing by two cycle. Beginning with interview to the Counselor school and Observation before action have grade 10%, in cycle I have grade 60%, and cycle II have grade 90%. Proved frequence the completeness student discipline to faithful rule of school raising grade 30%. This fact to point out that Group Guidance at SMK Negeri 8 Medan High School can Raise the discipline to faithful rule of school.
