Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Harga Saham melalui profitabilitas pada perusahaan transportasi. Pengambilan sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Terdapat 27 perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2014-2020 yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas namun
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dan Profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Leverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Harga Saham
