Abstract
This study focuses on the use of Google Classroom in teaching Descriptive Text to Grade Seven Students of SMP Swa Bina Karya Medan.It aims to find out whether there is an improvement of students’ ability in writing Descriptive text by using Google Classroom.The research design used in this study was classroom action research (CAR). The results indicate that in Cycle 1, 21 (70%) students failed, and 9 (30%) students passed. In cycle 2, it was found 30 (100%) students passed. This means that there is an improvement of students’ ability in writing Descriptive text through the use of Google Classroom.
