Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling kelompok teknik assertive training terhadap kecemasan berbicara di depan umum pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian quasi experiment. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 orang siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen skala kecemasan berbicara di depan umum.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teknik analisis Wilcoxon dengan
