Abstract
This study deals with learning strategies of English online learning to inclusive students at SMAN 2 Lubuk pakam. The study was conducted to identify types of learning strategies, to describe realization of the strategies and to explain reasons of using those strategies. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. To obtain the data, 7inclusive students, 3 reguler students and 2 English teachers were observed and interviewed . In doing the analysis, Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014steps theories were used. To achieve the objective the steps used were data condensation, data display and data verivication.The result shows that there are four strategies found namely: independent teaching strategy (32.5 %) indirect instruction strategy (23.5%), emperical/experient learning strategy (25%), and interactive teaching strategy (19%).the realization of Those strategies are used Whatsapp group, google meet and google classroom as their media inorder to deliver english lesson. So to make those learning achieve the goals effectively, three adabtation were held: adabtation of instruction(33%), adabtation of materials(27.5%) and adabtation of assessment(38.5%. Another finding were English learning strategies contributed some positive progress to inclusive students learning: reduce limitation(50%), increasing self-confident (25% and positive perception(25%) toward English lesson. Those progress was showed by the students participation during the class meeting and also the increasing of their English range in the class.
