Abstract
The top pass is one of the passes that is often used by volleyball players to feed the ball to teammates in defense and attack tactics. Based on the results of observations, it is known that the results of passing over to female athletes at the Disporasu volleyball club Binjai City are still low. It was seen when they participated in the competition in Langkat Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of continuous wall pass training and interval Disporasu volleyball club, Binjai City.
This experimental research used pre and post test design with 16 treatments. with pre-test and post-test. The research subjects were 20 female athletes of the Disporasu City volleyball club Binjai. The test was measured using a wallpass instrument with a pass over in Nurhasan (106) with a target distance of 3 meters. The data analysis technique used the chi-square normality test, used the F test homogeneity test and used the t-test for similar samples for hypothesis testing with a significant level of 5%.
Obtained the t value of hypothesis 1 is 12.534 and hypothesis 2 is 12.860 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.005. The mean score of the results of the initial or pre-test passing was 21.85, while the final or post-test passing increased to 26.50. This means that there is a significant effect of continuous wall pass training and interval wallpass on the results of passing over volleyball in female athletes of the Binjai City Disporasu volleyball club.
