Abstract
This Study aims to find out cognitive level of reading questions in English textbook for grade XII. The objective of this study was to find out the cognitive level of the reading question based on Revised Bloom;s Taxonomy. This study was conducted by using descriptive qualitative method. The data of this research were the reading question in English textbook for grade XII senior high school. The result of this study was the whole reading questions in the textbook covered all of the cognitive levels, they were C1 48,68%, C2 was 19,73%, C3 was 0,13%, C4 was 26,31%, C5 was 0,26%, and C6 was 0,13%.
