Abstract
The problems in the research is the low economic achievement of students
class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Beringin. This study was aimed to finding
out the effect of learning environment and creativity of student learning to the
student achievement economics in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Beringin
in District of Serdang Bedagai. This type of research is Expose Facto design. The
population in this study is all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung
Beringin consisting of three classes with students amounted to 117 people. The
sampling technique used in this research is Simple Random Sampling with 60
samples. Technique Data collection are by observation, interviews, questionnaire
spreading, and documentation study (DKN). Test the validity for the questionnaire
using Product Moment Formula and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha
Formula. Classic assumption test used are Normality Test, Linearity Test,
Multicollinearity Test, Heterocedascity Test. Data analysis techniques used in this
study are multiple linear regression and to test the hypothesis used t test formula,
F test, and Coeffcient of Determination.
Based on data analysis using SPSS 24 program, we get multiple linear
regression equation Y= 50,379 + 0,249X1 + 0,108X2 + e. The result of t test
analysis for Learning Environment Variable (X1) obtained t_count > t_table
(4,186 > 1,672) with sig α < 0,05 or 0,000 < 0,05. This means that the use of
learning environment has a positive and significant impact on student’s economic
achievement. For Creativity Of Student Learning Variable (X2) obtained t_hitung
> t_tabel (3,031 > 1,672) with sig α < 0,05 or 0,000 < 0,05. This means that
creativity of student learning has a positive and significant impact on student’s
economic achievement. Next to the F test is done by comparing the result between
F_hitung with F_tabel. Based on F test it is found that the value F_count > F_table
(48,014 > 3,16) with sig α < 0,05 or 0,000 < 0,05. So it can be concluded that the
variable learning environment (X1) creativity of student learning variable (X2)
have a positive and significant effect on student achievement (Y). From the above
analysis can be concluded that the hypothesis that there is an influence between
the learning environment and creativity of student learning on student
achievement class XI SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Beringin in District of Serdang
Bedagai T.P 2017/2018.
