Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) pada pembelajaran sistem ekskresi manusia di kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Air Joman T.P. 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimen. Penelitian berlangsung pada bulan april sampai juni 2017. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 33 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes objektif berbentuk pilihan ganda yang terdiri dari 35 soal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) pada materi sistem ekskresi manusia dapat meningkatkan penguasaan siswa yaitu ≥75% materi pelajaran, tingkat ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal sebesar 94%, dan ketercapaian seluruh indicator telah terpenuhi 100%. Dengan demikian penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) dikategorikan efektif dalam pembelajaran sistem ekskresi manusia di kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Air Joman T.P. 2016/2017.
