Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar resiprokal pada siswa kelas MA. Lab. IKIP Al Washliyah Medan Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak dari 30 orang siswa terdiri dari 14 perempuan dan 16 laki-laki. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar penilaian proses servis bawah bola voli. Pada data awal (sebelum siklus) diperoleh nilai rata-rata yang belum tuntas adalah sebesar 70% dimana dari 30 orang siswa terdapat 9 siswa yang telah tuntas atau mendapatkan nilai diatas batas ketentuan maksimal, sedangkan 21 siswa dinyatakan tidak tuntas. Hal ini berarti hanya 30% siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan secara klasikal dari keseluruhan jumlah siswa. Untuk itu peneliti merasa perlu melakukan beberapa perbaikan dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas, yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar resipokal untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini maka dilakukan tes siklus I yang berbentuk teknik dasar servis bawah bola voli. Setelah siklus I dilaksanakan, maka diperoleh peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dimana dari 30 orang siswa terdapat 17 siswa yang telah tuntas yaitu sebesar 56,67% dengan nilai rata-rata 70,27 dan siswa yang tidak tuntas berjumlah 13 siswa dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 43,33%. Ini berarti ketuntasan belajar klasikal (<75%) belum tercapai, untuk itu peneliti masih perlu melakukan beberapa perbaikan dalam pembelajaran, dan peneliti melanjutkan penelitiannya dengan dilakukannya tes siklus II. Setelah siklus II dilaksanakan maka diperoleh peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dimana dari 30 orang siswa terdapat 25 siswa yang telah tuntas yaitu sebesar 83,33% dengan nilai rata-rata 78,60 dan siswa yang tidak tuntas 5 siswa 16,67%. Ini berarti ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal(>75%) telah tercapai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar Resiprokal dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas MA. Lab.
