Abstract

Das Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, um die Bedeutung der Symbole von Hiou der
Simalunguns Ethnis zu analysieren. Die Analyse konzentriert sich auf: (1) der
Hiou Simalungun, (2) die Funktion und (3) die Bedeutung der Hiou. Diese
Untersuchung verwendet die Experiment Untersuchung. Die Untersuchung
benutzt die qualitative Methode, um die Daten zu suchen, zu sammeln und zu
analysieren. Bei der Analyse der Funktion und Bedeutung von Hiou Simalungun
wird die semiotische Theorie von Pierce verwendet. Die Daten der Untersuchung
sind Wörter und Sätze im Breich und Funktion und Bedeutung von Semiotik in
Hiou Simalungun. Es gibt 10 Hiou in Simalungun, bestehend aus: Hiou Hati
Rongga, Hiou Tapak Satur, Hiou Suri-Suri, Hiou Bulang-Bulang, Hiou Ragi Idup,
Hiou Ragi Bintang Maratur, Hiou Sitoluntuho, Hiou Mangiring, Hiou Tappunei,
Hiou Simangkat- Angkat. Jedes Hiou in Simalungun Ethnis hat seine eigene
Bedeutung.
