This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of group guidance on organizational citizenship behavior of OSIS students at Galang Insan Mandiri Vocational School. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest group design. The subjects of this research were 7 students who were members of the OSIS who had low organizational citizenship behavior scores. Research data was collected using an organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire totaling 26 valid and reliable statement items. Questionnaires were given before and after the implementation of group guidance services. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to see whether there was a significant effect of providing group discussion technique guidance on the organizational citizenship behavior of OSIS students. This can be obtained from the calculation results with the initial test score (pre-test) in the experimental group obtained on average = 48.7 while the post-test data obtained on average = 80. This can be obtained from the Wilcoxon test which shows that the regarding Wilcoxon, it is obtained that Jcount= 6 while Jtabel = 2. From the table of critical values J for the Wilcoxon signed level test for n = 7, α= 0.05 in accordance with the criteria for acceptance and rejection of the hypothesis, the hypothesis is accepted if Jcount> Jtabel where 6 > 2, From this calculation it can be seen that the treatment in the experimental group means the hypothesis is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of group guidance on organizational citizenship behavior of Galang Insan Mandiri Vocational School OSIS Students for the 2023/2024.
