In conducting this study, qualitative research design with research instruments in the form of questionnaire and interview were employed. The result of this study shows that, generally, the perception on all variables: usefulness, features, and accesibility is positive. Based on usefulness, the perceptions was 99% positive, 98.8% positive based on its features and 89% positive based on its accessibility.
