Abstract
This research was aimed to describe how do the teacher implementation of classroom management at ninth grade students of Mts Negeri 2 Medan. The researcher used descriptive-qualitative research. The subject of this research was English teachers. The techniques of collecting the data were observation of the classroom and recording all activities during teaching and learning process in the classroom. The data were collected for two meetings with a female English teacher in the Ninth grade of Mts Negeri 2 Medan. The findings of the research showed that classroom management was divided into five aspects. There was physical design of classrooms which include seating arrangement, rules and teacher routines, relationship among students and teacher-students, engaging and motivation instruction, and discipline.
