Abstract
This study aims to find out the students’ perception of using the ClassDojo application in learning reading comprehension in SMA Kartika I-1 Medan. The subject of this research were 25 students from XI Science SMA Kartika I-1
Medan. This research used descriptive qualitative research. The instruments of data collection were Questionnaires and interviews. This research used 30 closeended questionnaires to 25 students. Based on the research findings and
discussion, it could be concluded that the student's perception of the use of the ClassDojo application has a positive response, most of the students agree with the
effectiveness of using the ClassDojo application in learning reading comprehension. And most of the students were happy when using the ClassDojo application as the learning media, especially in reading comprehension narrative text.
