Abstract
The aims of this study were to describe the quality of students‟ worksheet form in writng skill and to explain how the students‟ worksheet used by the teacher. A descriptive qualitative design was used in this study. The data and source of data were worksheets of the first semester and the second semester of Grade VIII MTs. Al-Jam‟iyatul Washliyah Tembung. The data were collected by using observation and interview. The data were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative. The result showed that (1) the quality of students‟ worksheet form based on 3 characteristics namely didactic requirement (50%), constructional requirement (41%), technical requirement (5%). (2) The way the teacer uses the worksheet were: 1) Students attention (by clapping hands, knocking the table , and interrupting them), 2) Time limitation (15-20 minutes), 3) Students‟ Understanding (by testing them again), 4) Giving Instruction (avoiding ambiguous sentence), 5) Monitoring students (by walking arround the class)
