Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendiskripsikan :(1) Pengaruh Langsung Persepsi Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Terhadap Kinerja Guru; (2) Pengaruh Langsung Persepsi Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Guru; (3) Pengaruh Langsung Supervisi Akademik Kepala Madrasah Terhadap Kinerja Guru; (4) Pengaruh Langsung Supervisi Akademik Kepala Madrasah Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Guru; (5) Pengaruh Langsung Motivasi Berprestasi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat,: (1) Pengaruh Langsung Persepsi Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan ρ41=0,299; (2) Pengaruh Langsung Persepsi Kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi dengan ρ31 = 0,287; (3) Pengaruh Langsung Supervisi Akademik Kepala Madrasah Terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan ρ42=0,289; (4) Pengaruh Langsung Supervisi Akademik Kepala Madrasah Terhadap Motivasi Berprestasi Guru dengan ρ32 = 0,351; (5) Pengaruh Langsung Motivasi Berprestasi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan ρ43 = 0,330.
