Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar fisika siswa menggunakan model PBL (Problem Based Learning) berbantuan Edmodo pada materi dinamika dan keseimbangan benda tegar di MAN 3 Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah cluster random sampling yaitu kelas XI MIPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol dan XI MIPA 6 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi
eksperiment dengan desain two group pretest-posttest. Instrumen hasil belajar berupa tes uraian yang berjumlah 10 soal yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest kelas eksperimen diperoleh 14,42 dan nilai rata-rata pretest kelas kontrol diperoleh 13,38. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen diperoleh 70,06 dan nilai rata-rata posttest kelas kontrol diperoleh 42,88. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model problem based learning berbantuan edmodo terhadap hasil belajar fisika di MAN 3 Medan.
