Développement du Média Wix.Com pour Améliorer la Compétence des Étudiants d’Écrire des Textes Descriptifs

This research is done to determine the process, feasibility and effectiveness of developing Production Écrite Avancée learning materials using the wix.com medium to improve students' writing proficiency. Based on the results of the needs analysis, this learning material is necessary for the students. To achieve the learning objectives, this media is accessible online and can be run on the computer or laptop. The sources of the material and the validation instruments are made by experts so that the material is well presented and organized. The research method uses the ADDIE approach by Branch (2009). The process is divided into 5 steps, they are: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The material is arranged according to the RPS of Advanced Written Production, and then put into wix.com. It was directed to Reg A 2020 students of the French section of Universitas Negeri Medan in the Production Écrite Avancée course. The feasibility of the material and the media is indicated by the average value of the validation by experts. The result shows that: the validation of the material and media has the average score of 87%. The effectiveness of the material and media is demonstrated by the average score of the students in the pre-test is 65 and post-test is 94. This means that there is a significant increase in the skills of the students and it is worthwhile to to be used. It also shows by the normality test where the data is normally distributed. The pre-test data has the value of Sig. 0.193 and the post-test data has the value of sig. 0.067, as the basis for decision-making in the Shapiro wilk normality test, if the value of sig. > 0.05. It is stated that there is a difference after using the material using wix.com. So it meets the needs of students and can master the skill of writing students during Production Écrite Avancée.
