Analysis of Organizational Management in Football School (SSB) in Binjai City

This research is backed by the undergrowth of achievements of the students of the existing football school in Kota Binjai. Therefore, the author is interested to see how the Organization management and achievement of the SSB in the city of Binjai. This research aims to determine the management of the Organization and the construction of the School of Football (SSB) in the city of Binjai. The results of this research can give input to the board of Soccer School (SSB) that is in the city of Binjai how organizational management and construction of achievements in football schools are supposed to be. This research is expected to be a solution to improve the achievement of football in the city of Binjai in particular and North SumateraProvince in general. The time of this research was conducted in December 2019. The method used in this study is a qualitative, discrete method. The population in this research is the entire SSB in the city of Binjai with a total of 5 SSB. The sampling technique in this study is to use a total sampling. The source of data obtained from interviews and polls from SSB administrators in the city of Binjai.
