Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler olahraga pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Kecamatan Medan Amplas yaitu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Medan, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Medan dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 7 Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa yang terdaftar mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Kecamatan Medan Amplas dengan jumlah 96 siswa.Instrument yang digunakan adalah angket.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, yang di tuangkan dalam bentuk persentase Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler olahraga pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Kecamatan Medan Amplas dalam kategori cukup dengan persentase yaitu di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 berkategori cukup (37%), Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 berkategori cukup (44%) dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 7 berkategori
cukup (40%).
