Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kolaboratif dan Iklim Sekolah terhadap Komitmen Normatif Guru MTs. Negeri di Kabupaten Asahan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 80 guru MTs. Negeri di Kabupaten Asahan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket melalui Google Form. Sebelum angket disebarkan kepada responden, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, kemudian data penelitian dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan kolaboratif terhadap komitmen normatif guru, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan kolaboratif terhadap iklim sekolah, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif iklim sekolah terhadap komitmen normatif guru, dan (4) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan kolaboratif melalui iklim sekolah terhadap komitmen normatif guru.
