Abstract
This thesis was about the analysis of the technique used by the English teacher at
SMA Swasta Nasional Sidikalang
there. This research aims to analyzed how the teacher implements the technique to
xiety in speaking English at. The research was conducted by
descriptive qualitative research. The subject
SMA Swasta Nasional Sidikalang. The data were collected through the following
instruments: observation and interview. In observation, the researcher came to the
class and observed the activity between teacher and student In interview
section, the researcher asked 9 questions to be answered by the interviewee. Then
it be analyzed by the teacher answer by referencing to Grounded theory by David
Thomas. The result of this research are pointed to the answers of statement of the
problems, they are: the English teacher used two kinds of psychological and
physical technique s used one of the two techniques
that have mentioned before or used combination of the two technique, it is based
on the clas
because every class includes into mixing class.
at SMA Swasta Nasional Sidikalang used to kinds of technique in order to reduce
of speaking English; physical and psychological technique.
