PENGARUH LAYANAN KONSELING KELOMPOK TEKNIK COGNITIVE RESTRUCTURING TERHADAP PERILAKU PACARAN TIDAK SEHAT PADA SISWA KELAS XI DI SMA NEGERI 1 KUALUH SELATAN TAHUN AJARAN 2019/2020

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling services on cognitive restructuring techniques of unhealthy dating behavior in class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan for the 2019/2020 academic year. The formulation of the problem in this study is: Is there an effect of the Group Counseling Service for Cognitive Restructuring Unhealthy Dating Behaviors in Class XI Students at SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan in the 2019/2020 academic year. The method used in this research is quantitative method. This type of research is Quasi experimental with the type of Pre test-post test one group design. The subjects in this study were 6 students of class XI MIA 6 who had a high score of unhealthy dating behavior. The instrument used was a scale of unhealthy dating behavior. Instruments were given before and after the implementation of group counseling services. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test to see whether there was a significant effect of group counseling services using cognitive restructuring techniques on unhealthy dating behavior in students. This can be obtained from the calculation results with the initial test score (pre-test) in the experimental group obtained by an average = 140 while the post-test data obtained an average = 77.This can be obtained from the Wilcoxon test which shows that the Wilcoxon level test is obtained Jhitung = 10 while Jtabel = 0.From the critical value table J for the Wilcoxon-marked cascade test for n = 6, α = 0.05 in accordance with the criteria for acceptance and rejection of the hypothesis, the hypothesis is accepted if Jcount> Jtable, namely Jcount> Jtable where 10 > 0, from this calculation it can be seen that the treatment in the experimental group means that the hypothesis that says there is a significant effect of giving group counseling services for cognitive restructuring techniques of unhealthy dating behavior in class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Kualuh Selatan in the 2019/2020 academic year can be accepted.
