Abstract
This research aims to find out the form of exchange structure move in the classroom interaction of MAN Simalungun during the teaching practice program to describe of exchange structure. Conversation taken from conversation between teacher-students in the classroom interaction of MAN Simalungun during learning process to describe how the interaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data were the utterances collected from a recorded and interview. The transcription of the recorded data were analyzed. The findings of this study showed that there were 7 structure was describe at Grade XI MIA 1 and 6 structure was describe at Grade XI IIK. And the reason was the student not active in the classroom. This findings that the conversation were dominated by statement and question, in another word, the content of the interaction refered to the lecturing and discussion situation. The result of this research was to establish and maintain good communicative practices in the complex series discourse, takes a great proportion in the classroom and also to get useful and meaningful feedback from their teacher.
