Abstract

The company wants the achievment of goals without experiencing a lot of abstacles, among these goals is the purpose of profits and win the competition, as well as providing job sarisfaction to the employees. in fact, the process to achieve the goals set turned out to be bot an easy thing to imlement. Therefore, the success of a company in achieving its objectives, it depends on how the company manages and prepares management of its human resources.
