Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran induktif dan pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi elastisitas dan hukum Hooke kelas XI semester I di SMA Taman Siswa Binjai
T.P. 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperiment dengan desain two group pretest posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa-siswi kelasXI semester I yang terdiri dari 2 kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara teknik sampel total. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk essay test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata pretes kelas eksperimen adalah 32,83 dan kelas kontrol adalah 32,2 sedangkan rata-rata postes kelas eksperimen 78,53 dan kelas kontrol 61,03. Hasil uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel (5,67 > 2,00) sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran induktif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi elastisitas
dan hukum Hooke kelas XI semester I di SMA Taman Siswa Binjai T.P. 2017/2018
