Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between learning
motivation and entrepreneurial interests with the results of learning to improve
clutch unit and simultaneously to determine the level of motivation tendency to
learn, entrepreneurial interests, and learning outcomes improve unit clutch. This
research method is descriptive correlational. The population of this research is 57
students of class XI Teknik Kendaraan Ringan. The number of sample is
determined by Krejcie and Morgan table, that is 50 people. The sampling
technique is by proportional random sampling. Data motivation variable of
learning and entrepreneur interest is collected by using questionnaire while the
result learning to improve the clutch unit is taken through the value of the
documentation. The result of questionnaire test of motivation to learn from 30
items of invalid questionnaire is 5 items so to collect research data used 25 items
of questionnaire with reliability 0,905 which included in very high category.
Likewise with the entrepreneurial interest of 30 items of invalid questionnaire is 5
items so to capture research data used 25 items of questionnaire with reliability of
0.910 which is included into very high category as well. The result of hypothesis
test shows that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between learning
motivation variable and learning result improve unit clutch ry1,2 equal to 0,283,
where t table price at 5% significance level equal to 0,1680. The result of
hypothesis test shows that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between
entrepreneurship interest variable with the learning result of repairing clutch unit
ry2,1 of 0.282, where the t table price at 5% significance level equal to 0,1680.
The result of multiple regression analysis indicates that there is a linear
relationship which Means between learning motivation and entrepreneurial
interest together with the learning outcomes to improve the coupling unit with a
correlation coefficient r of 0.437 while it obtained the correlation coefficient
determination r2 of 0.191 which means 19.1% that learning outcomes improve the
clutch unit can be influenced by learning motivation and Entrepreneurial interest.
