Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kepribadian guru dan minat belajar siswa amemberikan pengaruh yang siknifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMK Swasta teladan SUMUT -1 Medan TP 2014/2015.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pepribadian guru dan minat belajar secara parsial dan simultan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMK Swasta Teladan 1 Medan TP 2014/2015. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI AP SMK Swasta teladan SUMUT-1 Medan yang berjumlah 38
