HUBUNGAN KEMAMPUAN BELAJAR MANDIRI DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 ANDAM DEWI KABUPATEN TAPANULI TENGAH T.A 2012/2013

This study aimstodetermine the relationship ofself-learning abilityand the learningachievementof economicclass XSMANegeri 1Andam Dewi Central Tapanuli FY 2012/2013.The research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1Andam Dewi Central Tapanuli locatedon Jl. Pendidikan No.6 Rinabolak. Which became population in this study weres tudents ofSMA Negeri1Andam Dewi Central Tapanuli totaling 160 people, while samples taken 40studentsie 25% of the total population, and sampling is done randomly (Simple RandomSampling). Techniques of data collection using question naires, observations, and studiesdokumentasi.Data analysis techniques using product moment correlation and hypothesis testingwith correlationt test formula.Results of calculation of correlation coefficient=0.278 where as rhitung rtabel=0.312.Means rhitung > rtable (0.278>0.312). Then be seen fromthe table level interpretation of therelation ship with theself-learning ability of learning achievementi slow.Hypothesis test resultsobtained t=1.782at significant level 0.083<0.05, so thehypothesis which states: There isa positiveand significant relationship between the ability ofself-learning and the learning achievement of economic class X SMA Negeri 1 Andam DewiCentral Tapanuli Academic Year 2012/2013 acceptable.
