Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja guru SMP Negeri Kota Medan, hubungan persepsi guru terhadap supervisi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru SMP Negeri Kota Medan, hubungan kecerdasan emosional dan persepsi guru terhadap supervisi kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru SNIP Negeri Kota Medan.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri Kota Medan sebanyak 272 orang dan 67 orang responden sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik Stratified Proporsional Random Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini diajukan tiga hipotesis. Pertama
