Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui :(1) Kontribusi tingkat pemahaman perumusan Pancasila terhadap kompetensi kepribadian guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Medan Helvetia, (2) Kontribusi tingkat pemahaman perumusan Pancasila terhadap kompetensi sosial guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Medan Helvetia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti memilih pengambilan sampel dengan metode probability sampling, yaitu proportionate cluster sampling dikarenakan penentuan sampel memerhatikan kesamaan ciri atau kondisi tertentu yang bersifat tidak berjenjang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Medan Helvetia. Instrumen terdiri dari tes pemahaman perumusan Pancasila, angket kompetensi kepribadian menggunakan skala likert dan angket kompetensi sosial menggunakan skala kontinu. Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan perumusan pemahaman Pancasila dengan kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial guru digunakan korelasi Spearman R.Hasil dari penelitian yaitu: 1) Terdapat kontribusi tingkat pemahaman perumusan Pancasila terhadap kompetensi kepribadiandengan kategori kuat sebesar 0,666 dengan sumbangan efektif 44,36%, 2)Terdapat kontribusi tingkat pemahaman perumusan Pancasila terhadap kompetensi sosial dengan kategori sedang sebesar 0,456 dengan sumbangan efektif 20,8%
