Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kimia siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dengan Group Investigation (GI) dilengkapi macromedia Flash dan tipe manakah yang lebih signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kimia siswa pada materi pokok kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel kelas ditentukan dengan teknik sampling purposive dan langsung ditentukan dari 3 kelas yang ada yaitu kelas XI IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1 dan XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen 2 lebih tinggi daripada kelas eksperimen 1. Berdasarkan uji-t dua pihak dengan jumlah sampel siswa berbeda yaitu thitung = - 2,3922, ttabel pada db = 56 pada taraf signifikan α = 0,05 melalui interpolasi diperoleh ttabel = 2,0042 maka thitung (-2,3922) < -t1/2α (-2,0042). Berdasarkan analisis uji gain, persen peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen 1 dan eskperimen 2 berturut-turut 62% dan 77%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kimia siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran TSTS dengan GI dilengkapi macromedia Flash dan tipe yang lebih signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yaitu GI.
