MEDAN MAKNA AKTIVITAS MEMASAK (MENGGORENG) DALAM BAHASA PERANCIS

This thesis, which is entitled as ”Medan Makna Aktivitas Memasak dalam Bahasa Perancis” discusses the meaning of lexemes in cooking activities. The objects of this study are the lexemes being used in cooking activities. Those lexemes are provided in Frenc-Indonesia dictionaries and also grouped as culinary vocabularies. The research in this thesis is aimed to determine the French lexemes in the cooking activities not only to determine the lexemes, but also to find the relations among the lexemes and to formulate the semantical classification of Frenc lexemes in cooking activities. The are of this research is bordered in the rank of lexemes, especially the lexemes that related and relations among meanings are used in this research. The result of the research shows that there are 7 lexemes being used in the heating process of cooking activities. In addition, all those lexemes can be classified. This research also shows that the choosing of lexemes and the meaning component of the lexemes are determined by the style of cooking and main ingredients.
