Abstract
The composites polymer of polypropylene matrix - polypropylene - g- maleic anhydride have been synthesized with any alpha cellulose fibers from various plants using divinyl benzene as crosslinking agents. The Alpha cellulose material obtained from each fiber bagasse ( AT ), fiber reeds ( AA ) and coir fiber ( SK ) based method Okhamafe . The preparation of composite polymer polypropylene - alpha cellulose with different molecular weights ( alpha - cellulose - polypropylene - g- maleic anhydride ) with benzoyl peroxide and divinyl benzene as crosslinking agents have been obtained . Physics analysis on polymer composites include thermal properties is obtained by DTA test , the tensile mechanical properties and surface morphology by SEM . The analysis showed that the polymer composites having the best properties is a composite preparations with a mixed composition ( percent by mass ) PP : alpha - cellulose bagasse : PP - g - MA : BPO : DVB ( 93 : 5 , 0.5 : 0.5 : 1 ) the tensile stress value of 57.91 Nm - 2 , melting point 160 0C , 370 0C decomposition point and had the most homogeneous surface morphology
