PEMBUATAN ESI PB+2 MENGGUNAKAN MEMBRAN DARI CAMPURAN PBS, PVC, DAN DBP

This research was aimed to prepare Pb ion selective electrode by membrane composite of PbS as electroactive, , PVC as matrix and DBP as plasticizer with composotion in % = 0.50 :66.3 :33.2 ; 1 :66 :33 ; 2 :65.3 :32.7 ; 3 :64.5 :32.25 ; 5 :63.25 :31.75. Analytical performance of the electrodes were determined by nersnt factor rand dynamic range, response time, selectifity coeficient, and life time. The results show that the electrodes with composition 1 :66 :33 have best performance. Dynamic range of this electrodes is between 10-7 M - 10-1 M , slope/nersnt factor 31.142 mv/decade, average response time 12.1 second. The electrodes is interfered by +2 ions like Hg+2, Cd+2, and Zn+2 (Kij = 25.492, 7.7837, and 5.5724), but not by +1 ions like Na+ and K+ (Kij = 0.0311 and 0.0098). The electrodes can used with good performance in 12 – 15 day (23 times measuring), slopes/nernst factor decreased in 53.37% after 27 days.
