The aim of this research was to obtain the best media and plant growth substances for embryogenic callus induction in rice plant varieties. Research was conducted using a completely random design with the following treatments : 1) MS+2,4-DO.5+NAA1+BA1,2)MS +2.4-DO.5+NAA1+BA1.5,3)LS+2,4-D2+Kin0.5,4)LS+2,4-D2+Kin1,5)MS+2,4-D2+CH2,6)MS+2,4-D2+CH3.
