Abstract
The aim of this research was to obtain the tolerant genotypes of paddy crops to Al and low pH in nutrient solution of selection methods as previously described elsewhere (Yoshida et al., 1976; Edi, 2004). From second year attempt, 35 tolerant crops based on nutrient solution selection were obtained. These crops were consisted of 14 tolerant genotype of generation of Jatiluhur based to long accretion of root> 1.63 and change pH> 0.16; 11 tolerant genotype of generation of Gajah Mungkur based to long accretion of root> 1.73 and change pH>0.16; and 10 tolerant genotype of generation Cirata based to long accretion of root> 1.72 and change pH > 0.15.
