Abstract
A teacher or prospective teacher can at least (1) design a measuring instrument learner characteristics, (2) to choose a good measuring tool in accordance with characteristics to be measured, (3) to analyze the measured and translate into a typology of characteristics of learners, and (4) may using the typology of these characteristics to improve the qualityof planning, implementation and evaluation of learning. The study, found the majority of teachers (elementary, middle and high school) are less well understood by even most teachers do not have Content Standards document. Learning structure, scenario, up to the assessment of teachers largely refer to the handbook. Teachers teach mostly based on existing pages dibuku grip, and as a result they felt the Material was too dense and not enough time available allocation. Implementation of conventional teaching method is less varied.
