Relationship between Attitudes in Teaching Factory Activities, Entrepreneurship Interest in Learning and Entrepreneurship Learning Outcomes in Students of Air Conditioning Engineering 1 Public High School Percut Sei Tuan T.A.2018/2019

The purpose of this study was to find out the Relationship between Attitudes in Teaching Factory Activities, Entrepreneurial Motivation towards Student Learning Outcomes of Air Conditioning Cooling Techniques in SMK N 1 Percut Sei Tuan. This research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were students of the Air Conditioning Cooling Technique of SMK N 1 Percut Sei Tuan who participated in Workshop and entrepreneurship subjects. Samples were taken using total sampling, namely class XII amounting to 50 students. The results of this study are correlation between attitudes and student learning outcomes of = 0.414 at a significance level of 3%, the coefficient between interests and student learning outcomes is = 0.408 at the 3% siginification level, together between attitudinal and interest variables towards student learning outcomes have coefficient R = 0.510 with a significance level of p = 0.001.
