Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk sintaksis pada kalimat
nomina yang terdapat dalam novel “Le Grand Meaulnes”. Dalam penelitian
ini, metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menemukan
57 kalimat nomina yang terdiri dari 63,2% sintaksis nominal, 7,1% sintaksis
adjektiva, 5,3% sintaksis adverbial, dan 24,6% sintaksis preposisional.
Tujuan penggunaan syntage dalam kalimat nominal bervariasi. Tetapi yang
paling sering adalah untuk mengungkapkan seruan dan pertanyaan. Selain
itu, kalimat nominal juga sering ditemukan dalam judul bab.
