Abstract
The problem in this study is the gross motor skills of children who have not developed optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of marsibahe game activities on the gross motor skills of children in group B aged 5-6 years at PAUD TERPADU HARAPAN NEGERI Lumban Lintong T.A 2021/2022. This research uses quantitative research (experimental) with Pre-Wxperimental design, with One-Group Pre-Test_Post-Test Design. The population in this study was all group B aged 5-6 years in PAUD TERPADU HARAPAN NEGERI Lumbar Lintong, totaling 11 children. The sampling technique was carried out by saturated sampling, which used all children as samples. The independent variable in this study is the marsibahe game activity, then the dependent variable is the child's gross motor skills. Data analysis used t-test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that after the child was given the treatment, the marsibahe game activity had the lowest score of 5 and the highest score of 9, with an average value of 7.81 in the category of developing as expected. Before the children were treated, the marsibahe game activity had the lowest score of 2 and the highest score of 9, with an average value of 4.9 being in the category of children starting to develop. From the calculation of the hypothesis test, the results of Tcount = -26,139 (the minus sign is ignored)d are compared with the value of Ttable = 2,228 with (df = 10 and level = 0.025. The value of comes from = 0.5 divided by 2, because the hypothesis Ha is a two-way hypothesis ). So that the value of Tcount = 26.139 and Ttable = 2,228, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the pre-test value is not the same as the post-test value. Which means that the marsibahe game activity can significantly improve the gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD TERPADU HARAPAN NEGERI Lumban Lintong.
