Abstract
Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu: Apakah terdapat hubungan antara supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dengan profesionalisme guru SD di Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur? Apakah terdapat hubungan antara iklim sekolah dengan profesionalisme guru SD di Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur? Apakah terdapat hubungan secara bersama-sama antara supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dan iklim sekolah dengan profesionalisme guru SD di Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dan iklim sekolah dengan profesionalisme guru SD di Kecamatan Kota Kisaran. Desain penelitian kuantitatif, sampel berjumlah 152 orang, instrumen menggunakan skala Guttman. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan yaitu : terdapat hubungan yang positif antara supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dengan profesionalisme guru SD di Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur sebesar 0,688; terdapat hubungan yang positif antara iklim sekolah dengan profesionalisme guru SD di Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur sebesar 0,851; terdapat hubungan yang positif secara bersama-sama antara supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah dan iklim sekolah dengan profesionalisme guru SD di Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur sebesar 0,868 dengan sumbangan efektif supervisi akademik pengawas sekolah sebesar 27,29% dan sumbangan efektif iklim sekolah sebesar 59,83%.
