Abstract

Mengetahui rangka electric bike dengan material yang digunakan dan beban
yang digunakan dapat digunakan. Pengujian simulasi dengan uji statik dapat
membantu suatu perancangan desain sebelum melakukan produksi dari
perancangan desain tersebut, melakukan pengujian statik bertujuan untuk
menemukan jenis material yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan sehingga dapat membantu
menghemat biaya produksi, hasil dari uji statik pada rangka electric bike ini
mendapatkan hasil tegangan 29.98, regangan = 0.001, deformasi = 3.68 mm,
faktor keamanan = 11, dan pada beban 2450 dengan material Galvanized Steel
yaitu tegangan = 37.5, regangan = 0.000151, deformasi = 4.72 mm, dan faktor
kemananan = 5.
