Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of learning discipline, educative interaction, and giving rewards to the achievement of class X business economics at SMK Negeri 13 Medan. The population in this research amounted to 108 people. The sampling technique was carried out using total sampling, so that the number of samples in this study were 108 students. Data collection techniques are using documentation and distributing questionnaires. Before being used the questionnaire was tested first. From the results of the questionnaire test, it was found that the questionnaire was valid and reliable. Then the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, and to test the hypothesis used the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the data analysis show that the multiple linear regression equation in this study is Y = 52.493 + 0.129X1 + 0.148X2 + 0.135X3 + e which shows that there is a significant influence between the variables of learning discipline, educational interactions, and rewarding on business economics learning achievement. Partial testing (t test) to test the hypothesis between learning discipline on learning achievement shows a tcount of 2.324 > ttable of 1.65964 with sig.0.022. To test the hypothesis between educational interactions on
learning achievement, it shows a tcount of 2.397 > ttable of 1.65964 with a sig.0.018 value. for the awarding variable, it shows a tcount value of 2.421 > ttable of 1.65964
with a sig. value of 0.017. For simultaneous testing (F test) the value of Fcount is 9.099 > Ftable 2.69 with sig.0.000. The magnitude of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 0.208 or 20.8% which shows the magnitude of the influence contribution given by the variables of learning discipline, educational interaction, and giving rewards to learning achievement in business economics by 20.8%.
