ANALISIS ALUR PEMBENTUK KARAKTER JIWA KEWIRAUSAHAAN, KOMPETENSI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN KEMAMPUAN ANALISIS KELAYAKAN BISNIS KEWIRAUSAHAAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN

Unindependent in entrepreneurship Indonesian labor is a serious problem for all
universities in Indonesia today, such as the percentage of college graduates who
work as employees stood at 83%. Ideally, a country has entrepreneurs around 2%
of the total population. Indonesia has only about 0.18%, compared with the United
States, which reached 11.5% and Singapore 7.2%. Therefore griwth and
development of entrepreneurial characteristics students need to be a concern.
Efforts to dissect relevant entrepreneurial competence is done through an
assessment of entrepreneurial self-entrepreneurs, especially in the city of Medan.
In this case the analysis of the flow-forming character of entrepreneurship,
entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial business feasibility analysis
capabilities, defined in 7 problems and analyzed by: (1) factor analysis to answer
problems 1, (2) multiple regression analysis to answer problems 2-3 and (3)
General Linear Model Univatriate to address issues 4-7. Based on the analysis of
the obtained results: (1) the extraction of 7 factors entrepreneurial character,
boost achievement is an indicator of the most dominant in determining the
characteristics of the entrepreneurial spirit, (2) simultaneous extraction factors
entrepreneurship is significantly influence entrepreneurial competence, partially
but there are 4 factors (2, 3, 5 and 7) are positive and significant impact on
entrepreneurial competencies, (3) entrepreneurial competencies have a positive
and significant impact on entrepreneurship business feasibility analysis
capabilities, and (4) education and length of influential business significantly to the
entrepreneurial competence in independent entrepreneurship.
