This study discusses the development of the choir model in the Department of Church Music Education (PMG) of the Tarutung State Christian Religion Institute, which so far has been using a conventional model where students are more passive. Students just keep silent, to hear, remember, observe and memorize. Research and development is a process to develop a new product or improve existing products, which can be accounted for to develop products that are feasible and effectively used in learning. The results of the study produced a model named “WICDAE”.
